Take either Kennedy Blvd. west or I-275 south to Howard Ave. Go north on Howard Ave. Howard Ave. turns into Cimino Ave. and then merges into Armenia Ave. Continue north on Armenia Ave. to Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. Turn left (west) onto Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. Proceed west approximately 0.6 miles to the first traffic signal west of MacDill Ave. Turn right (north) into the Tampa Bay Park complex. Proceed north until you reach the Lake Pointe office buildings. Suite 100 is to the immediate right after entering through the front doors of the Lake Pointe Two building.
FROM TAMPA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
After exiting the airport go east on Spruce St., then Boy Scout Blvd., and then Columbus Dr. to Dale Mabry Hwy. Turn left (north) onto Dale Mabry Hwy. Proceed north approximately 1 mile to Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. Turn right (east) onto Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. Proceed east approximately 0.7 miles to the second traffic signal east of Himes Ave. Turn left (north) into the Tampa Bay Park complex. Proceed north until you reach the Lake Pointe office buildings. Suite 100 is to the immediate right after entering through the front doors of the Lake Pointe Two building.
FROM ST. PETERSBURG
Take I-275 north across the Howard Franklin Bridge. Take the exit for Dale Mabry Hwy. north. Proceed north on Dale Mabry Hwy. approximately 1 1/2 miles to Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. Turn right (east) onto Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. Proceed east approximately 0.7 miles to the second traffic signal east of Himes Ave. Turn left (north) into the Tampa Bay Park complex. FROM ORLANDO
Take I-4 west to I-275 north. Proceed approximately 1 mile north on I-275 then take the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. exit (exit #46B). At the bottom of the exit ramp turn left (west) onto Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. Proceed west approximately 2.6 miles to the first traffic signal west of MacDill Ave. Turn right (north) into the Tampa Bay Park complex. Proceed north until you reach the Lake Pointe office buildings. Suite 100 is to the immediate right after entering through the front doors of the Lake Pointe Two building.
The entrance to the Tampa Bay Park complex is located just west of St. Joseph’s Hospital, north and east of Raymond James Stadium, and directly across W. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. from One Buc Place, the new headquarters of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers that is on the site of the old Tampa Bay Mall.
Parking is free.For visits of two hours or less, you may park in the spaces marked for visitor parking outside and in front of the Lake Pointe One parking garage. For visits over two hours, you may park in any unassigned space in the Lake Pointe Two parking garage, which is located behind the Lake Pointe One parking garage. For visits of 15 minutes or less, you may park in the semi-circular driveway directly in front of the Lake Pointe One and Lake Pointe Two building entrances.
